When Plumbing is done wrong, we fix it

Most plumbing is hidden behind walls, beneath floors, or above ceilings. When it's done correctly, you'll probably never think about it again. When it's done incorrectly, the consequences can include slow drains, sewer gas odors, recurring clogs, difficult maintenance, premature failures, and costly repairs.

The basement bathroom featured below is an example of a plumbing installation that required extensive correction before it could function safely and reliably. During the inspection, numerous problems were identified, including improperly sloped drain lines, missing venting, incorrectly installed fittings, inaccessible equipment, and several code violations that would have led to ongoing performance and maintenance issues. 

Rather than simply correcting the work, Tim carefully documented every deficiency with photographs and detailed written observations. This documentation gave the homeowner a clear understanding of the problems, provided a roadmap for the necessary repairs, and created a comprehensive record of the installation as it was found. 

Every problem was carefully evaluated, the incorrect plumbing was removed, and the system was rebuilt to function as it should.

While most homeowners never see the plumbing hidden behind finished walls, this project illustrates why experience matters. Proper plumbing isn't just about connecting pipes. It's about understanding how an entire system works together to protect your home, operate reliably, and remain serviceable for years to come.
